1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using NeuPos (the "Service" or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you represent a restaurant entity or business, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use any NeuPos service.

2 Description of Services

NeuPos provides modern cloud software for hospitality management, encompassing:

• Cashier POS: Quick checkout, thermal bill printing, session shift cash management, and split payments.
• Waiter Terminal: Table assignment, dish ordering, order tray transmission, and guest info capture.
• Kitchen Display System (KDS): Real-time ticket management, live cooking timers, and audio bell alerts.
• QR Digital Menu: Contactless table scanning, interactive mobile cart, and real-time order status tracking.
• Inventory & HR Management: Ingredient tracking, stock alerts, staff biometric/PIN clock-in, and automated payroll calculations.

3 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and verifiable information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials of all accounts created under your restaurant tenant (including administrator, cashier, waiter, inventory, and kitchen accounts).

You agree to notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your restaurant workspace.

4 Subscriptions, Packages & Renewals

NeuPos is provided under subscription plans with feature tiers (e.g., table limits, cashier quotas, QR ordering modules):

5 Restaurant Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content, menus, logos, prices, recipes, and customer data uploaded to NeuPos.

You grant NeuPos a limited license to host, display, and process your content strictly for the purpose of operating the services provided to your restaurant and diners.

6 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass multi-tenant security filters or access data belonging to other restaurants.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the NeuPos platform.
• Interfere with network integrity or intentionally overload server infrastructure.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract pricing or platform data.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or inappropriate media.

7 Hardware Compatibility & POS Printing

NeuPos supports industry-standard 80mm and 58mm thermal receipt printers, barcode scanners, and touch terminals via standard web browser print drivers and raw socket utilities. While we optimize for broad hardware compatibility, performance may depend on your local network and operating system drivers.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuPos and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of sales, or business interruption) resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NeuPos during the three (3) months preceding the incident.

9 Cancellation & Account Suspension

You may terminate your subscription account at any time by contacting our support team. NeuPos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to satisfy subscription dues.

10 Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial laws. Any questions regarding these Terms should be directed to our legal support desk:
